Spacious and typical villa (270 m²) that accommodates 8 persons, with roof of palm leaves that gives out on Samana Bay. It is situated a little bit before the Playa Rincon road, 10 minutes by car to Las Galeras. This villa has a private beach with 6 chairs on the rocks of the Bay and a nice swimming pool (9m x 4m x 1.5m) with a gazebo among the palm trees and a big BBQ. Set in a lush tropical garden (2500m²) with coconut palms. This villa can be described as follows: Hall with guest toilet, a very spacious room (more then 100m2 with a view of the sea through the windows), to the side of which is a lounge with comfortable seats, as well as a library. On the other side an other salon in bamboo used to watch TV or for board games (available). The dining room lies next to the vast kitchen / bar that is completely furnished (large fridge, semi-professional oven,, micro-wave, a four burner stove, toaster, mixer, kitchen robot, electric coffee machine, etc). To the back there’s a large storage room, a safe with combination lock and a gas water-heater. Two sleeping rooms are situated on each side of the main room. They both have a sea view and a king-size bed, a large cupboard and a bathroom with large washbasin, toilet and large hot shower and hair-dryer. A mezzanine with two queen-size beds dominates the main room that can be reached by a spiral stair. From the terrace with a large table and seating for 12 persons, one has a superb view (180 degrees) of Samana Bay, where one can observe humpback whales from January to March. The villa, gardens and terraces are not overlooked.

The villa dates from 2004 and it (and the swimming-pool) was completely renovated in 2011. At the entrance of the villa there’s a parking and the house of Sandra and Radhames. She Works a the house maid and he is the gardener and watchman. Daily cleaning of the house (5 hours) and change of sheets (2 time) and linen three times a week are included in the rental price. Apart from her cleaning chores, Sandra can wash your personal clothes or prepare a delicious local dish (for a fee, of course). Animals are accepted under certain conditions. You can also use ventilators and large mosquitoes nets over each bed, iron and ironing board, a radio/CD, TV plasma 32" with SKY satellite and internet / wifi are available .
